Chef Colin brings over a decade of culinary experience and expertise to The Private Plate. After establishing himself at Nantucket's top restaurants and resorts, he founded the Private Plate in 2023 to offer personalized dining services.

Colin developed his passion for food and cooking at a young age, learning skills and techniques from his father. He takes pride in sourcing only the highest quality ingredients and is constantly inspired to create unique flavor combinations for each client.
